Sales Manager - B2B & Independent Retailers

Job Description

To develop and optimize the sales to a defined number of key accounts in the IR Market. To build and maintain strong relationships with clients, increases market share in the accounts and improve market penetration. This role is dominantly sales-focused.
Drive sales revenue by building strong IR channel networks and developing strong business relationship;
Partners with IR channels to plan strategies, provide quality products, train promoters, and provide support necessary for attainment of common goals and objectives;
Develop and implement sales goals, budget and objectives for all categories;
To be in the market and monitor stock level (out of Stock, over stock) and plan monthly sales accordingly;
Monitor sales made through different IR channels and produce detailed reports for management;
Analysis: Sales, Stock, Market, Promotions, Competitors;
Follow-up on customer, sales, revenue, profitability and margins;
Follow-up on the sell out and ensure maximum coverage of ATC owned products/brands in the IR market;
Follow-up on the payments credit notes, reconcile statement of account (SOA) on monthly basis with IR clients;
Follow-up with Key Accounts Manager on daily routines and sales plans;
Carry out research and identify potential new channels in order to increase company market share.
 

Skills

At least 5 years’ experience within electronic distribution and excellent knowledge of the Kuwait market;
Strong relationship building skills to maximise opportunities with Independent Retailers and expand existing client data base;
Organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Good level of verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent PC, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
